Shipping & Delivery

1. General Information

Upon receiving your order, BY JEAN MICHEL will send a confirmation e-mail of your order, with an order and product availability status, and later on, when your order is ready for delivery, a shipping number and an estimated delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [5] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

2. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, but it is part of the next scheduled production, you’ll be notified of an estimated delay of availability; and if we have not any immediately scheduled production, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an estimated delivery time and a shipping number for you to track its delivery. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. The ordered Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

BY JEAN MICHEL is located in Canada, but we ship from both Canada and Indonesia and potentially other countries.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country. Unfortunately, Jean Michel cannot help cover these fees so please check with your local post office before placing an order. For orders made or shipped outside of Canada or Indonesia, you are responsible for all applicable custom and duty fees.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and do proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.
