I first saw it flying over Lake Athabasca; then I understood this very tall bird was endangered in North America but found out Calgary Zoo was working hard to support its conservation and reintroduction; then I could take my time to discover the red crown and long pointed bill of this splendid bird. Red with grey-white colours.
